Neil Ginnis FCA

DIRECTOR

Neil is a Chartered Accountant who has served as a Director and Principal Person at Jersey funds services and fiduciary businesses for two decades.

He is a seasoned client-facing industry practitioner with hands-on experience applying First-Line-Of-Defence risk and compliance processes and procedures and has interacted extensively with regulators.

Neil has established and operated private equity, real estate, debt and other investment funds in Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg and Cayman. He has also led teams in servicing investment and asset holding vehicles for sovereign wealth funds, state pension funds and multinational corporations.

Neil has played an influential role in system selection and implementation, leveraging technology to generate business performance improvement in all his leadership roles. Prior to the creation of protocol he spearheaded cultural change in attitudes to front line risk and operational excellence and delivered significant, regulatory required, enhancements to business, AML, and compliance procedures and their practical application.

Richard Ledo

DIRECTOR

Richard has over 40 years’ experience in the IT industry.

During his career he has held positions with government, as Senior Consultant with the largest offshore technology services provider and spent 12 years as Global IT Director at two of the channel islands largest legal firms.

Richard has headed his own consultancy practice since 2000 and specialises in the delivery of consultancy assignments in business process analysis, design and automation. He is also extremely experienced in change management, aligning IT and business strategy and project management.

As a consultant he has worked with a variety of organisations, from large banks and financial institutions to boutique law firms, fund administrators and fiduciary services businesses in jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey, UK, Europe and the Middle East.
